December 11th, 2007Our daughter will be born in Australia to an Australian father and Thai mother. Obviously, she’ll be registered here and be an Australian citizen. Does anybody know, can we also register her birth in Thailand, since her mother is still a Thai citizen?

The last time I was in Bangkok, I shopped so much that I had to pay a lot of excess baggage on my return trip I am going back in January and would like to explore the option of shipping some goods back to India (Bangalore), rather than pay excess baggage.
How difficult is it to learn how to read and write?
November 16th, 2007I’m going to Thailand to visit my family, so I think it’s time to finally learn how to read and write, but are 2 months sufficient for that? I’m currently learning Japaneses so that’s something I have to deal with it as well. On the other hand it’s much more difficult to do the same with Japaneses, so maybe I’m at an advantage since I’m already used in learning a new writing an reading system.
